Executive Function Coaching

For middle school, high school, and college students.

Many capable students struggle to start, plan, or follow through on schoolwork. As an executive functioning coach for students, Faith helps them develop practical systems, habits, and confidence to manage academic life more independently.

What Is Executive Function Coaching?

Executive function refers to the mental skills that allow us to plan, organize, manage time, and follow through on tasks. Coaching helps students turn these skills into tools they can use in their daily schoolwork.

  • Organization and materials management
  • Time management and planning
  • Breaking large assignments into manageable steps
  • Task initiation and follow-through
  • Study strategies and test preparation
  • Managing long-term projects and deadlines

Many of the students Faith works with have ADHD or ADHD-related executive function challenges. Coaching provides structure, accountability, and practical strategies tailored to the individual.
